Description

NanoWash™ replaces inconsistent hand washing with one sealed, six-minute wash-and-dry cycle that delivers a finished, bone-dry part. Directed jets drive solvent into margins, undercuts and support gaps, while a whirlpool vortex reaches every surface, with no parts to flip by hand. Wash right on the build platform, where the seals close around it so you never touch the parts, or switch to basket wash for higher volume.

Solvent lives in a sealed, user-replaceable tank, so there’s nothing to pour, top off or wipe up. Each RFID-tracked tank tells NanoWash which program to run and shows its level and condition on screen before you start. Use Open mode to run any resin through one tank, or Assigned mode to dedicate a tank to a single material with no pigment carryover. A fully sealed chamber keeps odors out of the room and vents them out the back, or outside the building with the extended exhaust.
