ACTEON History
The ACTEON Group was formed in 2003, and has consistently lead innovation in dental imaging globally. In 2009, ACTEON delivered SoproLIFE, a high-resolution camera that diagnoses caries with auto-fluorescence, revolutionizing the intraoral camera market. Sopix² digital sensors and
X-Mind Unity X-ray with integrated Sopix Inside sensors also launched in 2009, bringing digital X-ray imaging with dose reduction to the next level by decreasing the amount of radiation for both the patient and clinician with ACE technology.
In 2014, Marie-Laure Pochon was named CEO of ACTEON. Under her leadership, ACTEON has grown faster than any other dental imaging company in North America, allowing us to bring new technologies to market even faster. In March of 2017,
X-Mind Trium CBCT was launched. This turnkey imaging solution was developed first and foremost as a 3D CBCT device that can assess bone density with added 2D panoramic capabilities. ACTEON is at the forefront of dental imaging innovation and will continue to bring minimally invasive imaging solutions to clinicians and patients around the world.
