Primeprint uses digital light processing (DLP) technology, where resins are polymerized using UV light, layer by layer.
In Primeprint PPU, printed objects are washed, dried, and light cured.
inLab software and CEREC software
Easily control the printing process with inLab CAM software 22 – just use the fast-forward button or adjust the parameters before printing. The upstream design steps, using CEREC software or inLab CAD, automatically take required parameters for 3D printing with Primeprint into account. For users of third-party CAD software, construction data in an STL format can be imported into the inLab CAM software.
This integrated transport box system ensures a clean and safe application without direct contact to the resin. Primeprint Box offers UV light protection to avoid any additional exposure.
Primeprint PPU comes with two washing containers to pre-wash and finally wash the printed object in isopropanol. Thanks to an RFID tag, the system automatically checks the fill level and condition of the contents.
